need find driver

for a lei fast ethernet controller on a ASRock K8 Combo-Z motherboard.I have tried what I believe to be the driver but they will not load.Thanks.

Not sure if this is too obvious, but when you're installing the drivers have you tried (a) run as administrator (b) changing the compatibility settings on the property page to run as XP Service pack 2 (c) both together Some combination of these might work - they have allowed me to install a couple of things that Vista baulked at.

if they install but will not load when rebooting, then try the F8 boot menu and use the "DISABLE DRIVER SIGNING" option. you might try that for the install as well. be sure to install with "Run as Administreator".
